Zotter Apricot Vanilla 70g

Layers of apricot marzipan and vanilla almond praline, refined with waffle brittle and apricot pieces, covered in a thin layer of smooth milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content

Inspired by traditional Austrian apricot dumplings but with intense almond notes added: a fruity, subtly sweet apricot marzipan with lots of small apricot pieces and a strong fruity tanginess accompanied by a tender-melting almond praline, elevated with Bourbon vanilla and finished with some crunchy waffle brittle. Coated in milk chocolate with 40% cacao content.
