Three year old Hungarian balsamic vinegar.

Grapes are picked at the very end of the harvest, when they reach an extremely high must degree.
These grapes are then fermented and matured for at least two years. 
The nutritive value of balsamic vinegar can be compared to that of Aszú wine with a high "puttony" rating. Its thickness is solely the result of the incredibly high concentration of grape. 
The residue is fully natural and does not affect the vinegar's quality.
