Vallado Douro DOC 2019 0.75l

​Quinta do Vallado Prima Douro DOC is 100% Moscatel Galego White. Winemakers Francisco Ferreira and Francisco Olazábal employ the “bica aberta” (without skin contact) fermentation method, lasting almost one month. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for three months. It differs from the typical Moscat due to its dryness. A portion of the grapes come from the low-yielding old vines and the remaining grapes are from 15-year-old vines. This delicate wine opens with aromas of rose and peppermint, predominant floral flavours on the palate and a fresh ending.
