A small-batch, limited artisanal sauce that has become a firm favourite staple with us. An all-natural sauce which cleverly combines Ponzu and tomato. It goes excellent with steamed fish, but also vegetable soups or gazpachos. As a tomato sauce, it is amazing in dressings. The two types of acidity of yuzu juice and tomato compliment one another beautifully.
Made without any additives, colourings or flavourings.
