Terre Exotique Vadouvan Curry Spice Blend 50g

This traditional exotic mix from Southern India is ideal for marinades for chicken or stews. A perfect addition to coconut milk sauces. Best added at the end of the cooking process and infused only lightly to avoid any bitterness.

This mix is an explosion of flavours, with around 10 ingredients; onion, garlic, mustard seeds, black urad lentils, fenugreek, cumin, fennel, turmeric, curry leaves, castor oil, sesame oil, coconut oil. Fly off to the land of highly coloured spices with the humid hot, full bodied, smooth and surprisingly well-balanced flavours of this spice blend. Perfect with fish, seafood but also with lamb and white meat.
