Terre Exotique Likouala Pepper Black Whole 70g

Likouala pepper, also known as “Ashanti Pepper” is harvested by the Bayaka people in Congo. Ashanti pepper grows in the wild on vines which creep as high as 20 metres. It has a distinctive outstanding lingering flavour. 

This delicately aromatic pepper with initial spicy notes and its mildness is perfect either whole or ground in stew type dishes as it withstands long cooking times. Its flavour develops deliciously with olive oil, and its aromas will enhance the flavours of any fried meat or vegetables.
