Terre Exotique Canadian Dunes Berry Whole 50g

Canadian dunes berries are one of the most versatile and fragrant peppers. Strictly speaking it's not a member of the pepper family and therefore isn't really spicy at all, which will appeal to sensitive palates. Dune berry has a flowery, musky bouquet and a minty flavour, reminiscent of fir. 

Just a couple of suggestions:

- add a couple of ground berries to our coffee before infusing it

- homemade mayonnaise with dune berries: add some dune berries to your mayonnaise before whipping it up

- sprinkle a few pinches of crushed dune berries over fresh goat's cheese

- use it when making broth or soups

- a must-have cooking roast or grilling any meat.

Please note that it should not be ground in a mill as the berries are very soft and resinous. Use a mortar instead.
