Terre Ex. Dukkah blend, Egypt 80g

A blend of roasted nuts seasoned with spices. It is consumed with crusty bread dipped first in olive oil then in the dukkah. Dukkah can make a crunchy coating for chicken or fish when put on before pan-fying. It is also good sprinkled over fresh salads, and tomato based dishes.
