Thai red curry powder
A fairly spicy blend, very popular in Thailand. Add to meat, shrimp, or even tofu recipes. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of spice to a wok and fry in coconut oil, add 20cl of coconut milk then add your pieces of meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
