Tartuflanghe Honey, Mustard & White Truffle Crisps 100g

At last the large bag of Tartuflanghe's crisps, made with actual genuine cryo-dried powerful white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) instead of just flavourings, plus mustard and honey. Mustard, honey and white truffle are all prepared in-house by Tartuflanghe. Fresh truffle is cryo-dried, preserving the flavour of the fresh raw material

 

Thicker than average crisps, crispy and fried only in olive and sunflower oil. Their thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as a snack or aperitif, but they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas, or as a side for salads.

 

Ingredients: Potato, sunflower oil, seasoning 6% [potato maltodex., corn maltodex., sugar, mod. starch, MUSTARD seed 5%, caramel, flavour, honey 3%, alcohol vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) freeze-dried 0.5% (equals to 2.5% fresh truffle), spices] olive oil, salt.
