Introducing a package of some of our more unusual and extremely high-quality ingredients intended to inspire, imagine and intrigue.

Alongside a few risotto essentials (good EVOO, Carnaroli short-grain rice and dried Girolles), we've bundled up some spice mixes, squid ink, Hungarian pepper, caramelised black garlic and rare peppercorns.

Please note that due to the current supply disruptions any items may need substituting. But fear not, we have plenty of splendid substitutions at all times.
