Shizuoka Black Tea Smoked with Sakura Japanese cherry tree 50g

Shizuoka black tea smoked with Japanese Sakura cherry wood. In order to make this smoked tea, tea trees are cultivated in the pure Japanese tradition according to the chagusaba method. In this method, grass is used as a mulch to protect and flavor tea leaves. The producer challenged himself to create unique teas by smoking them. It is a hard work of balance in order to create flavoured tea without any additives whatsoever, only by the smoking of the tea leaves. 

Preparation: 3g for 150ml of water - Water temperature : 95°C - Brewing time : 2 minutes

Cold infusion: 15g for 1L of water - Brewing time: 2 hours
