Naturally sweet organic pear from France, selected for their extraordinary sweetness - so much so that there is no need to add sugar to them, just a bit of grape juice to make the flavours stand out even further. The gentle cooking at low temperature retains the colour, texture and taste of the fruit.

Please note that due to the lack of added sugar, the texture of this jam is somewhat puree-like.
