Saveurs Confit Lemon Quarters Organic 300g

Quarters of organic lemons naturally preserved in a lightly salted brine. The lemons are hand picked, cut in four, and are salted and immersed in a brine bath for at least a month to ensure optimal texture, and fa ully natural preservation - absolutely no additives, just water and salt.  

Mostly used as a cooking ingredient: sliced to garnish a fish course or cut in smaller pieces to flavour a tagine. They are also a great addition to salads, miso soup or pasta dishes. Added to a vinaigrette, they give your seasonings an exotic flavour. Use both the skin and the flesh as you like.
