When the fruits arrive to Rózsavölgyi in January, they first make the candied peels using only organic cane sugar. This takes about 2 weeks. Then they cut the candied organic orange rinds into mustache-sized slices and dip them into 73% bean-to-bar chocolate made from Peruvian cocoa beans.
