Organic Calabrian bergamot rind covered in 73% Peruvian bean-to-bar chocolate. Also known as "Sailor mustache".

Fruits are harvested by local farmers from January to March on the sunny hillsides of Calabria. The artisans of Rózsavölgyi first make the candied peels using only organic cane sugar. This takes about 2 weeks. Then they cut the candied bergamot rinds into mustache-sized slices and dip them into chocolate made from Peruvian cocoa beans.
