Rózsavölgyi Birds of Uganda Dark 80% 70g

The cocoa beans used in this chocolate bar come from the eastern side of the Rwenzori Mountains in Uganda. The small cocoa plantations of 2-3 hectares are mainly controlled by women. The flavours are reminiscent of cherries and red currant. This chocolate was created by Katalin of Rózsavölgyi in honor of the birds of Uganda.
