Roumaniere Raspberry Jam 325g

La Roumaniere's Raspberry jam is easily the most intense, flavourful, aromatic raspberry jam we've ever tasted. Raspberries are carefully hand-sorted to guarantee impeccable quality. Each jam is cooked in a cauldron, in accordance with traditional recipes, to preserve all the freshness and richness of the natural aromas of the fruits. Made from just raspberries and sugar - and absolutely nothing else. When opening the jar, the mesmerising scent of local raspberries are released. It's tart and sweet at the same time, in a beautifully balanced manner. Sublime with a piece of buttered toast, brioche or sourdough, but works lovely in pudding recipes as well. 

 
La Roumanière was founded in 1981. Located in Provence, at the foot of the Luberon massif, they create, without exaggeration, some of the world's finest jams, honeys and other Provençal delicacies.

Their jams are made from locally grown fruits wherever possible. No frozen fruits or purees are used, just freshly picked fruits, delivered from the trees straight to the busy hands of La Roumanière's team.
