La Roumaniere'sMorello / sour cherry cherry jam, with whole sour cherries. Cherries are carefully hand-sorted to guarantee impeccable quality. Each jam is cooked in a cauldron, in accordance with traditional recipes, to preserve all the freshness and richness of the natural aromas of the fruits. When opening the jar, irresistible whole cherries greet us with their gorgeous dark colour and deep flavour. Makes a delicious dessert with some clotted cream- or add some cocoa sponge, and it's basically a Black Forest pot!
 
La Roumanière was founded in 1981. Located in Provence at the foot of the Luberon massif, they create, without exaggeration, some of the world's finest jams, honeys and other Provençal delicacies.

Their jams are made from locally grown fruits wherever possible. No frozen fruits or purees are used, just freshly picked fruits, delivered from the trees straight to the busy hands of La Roumanière's team.
