Jellied pulp of Provencal fruits covered in a crunchy sugar coating, coloured all naturally.

The jelly is made from the pulp of apricots, pears, raspberries and blackberries respectively, so their flavour comes from the fully ripe fruits, and not from flavouring.

The colours of the coating are derived solely from fruits and vegetables.

We could pretend that it's a kids' favourite but we ate far too much ourselves to deny that it's very much adored by adults...

Artisan Confiseur Dragées Reynaud was founded by Denise and André Reynaud in 1956 in a small workshop in Marseille. The idea was to utilize the abundance of the finest, locally grown Provencal almonds by making artisanal dragées. Decades passed, brand new ranges of products have been introduced, however Dragées Reynaud is still a small-scale family-run business with a strong commitment to sourcing Provencal ingredients for their chocolate covered nuts and dragées. Even though they are now known and coveted all over the world, their deep connection to the tradition of Provence remains the same. So much so that they are one of the last four remaining manufacturers of traditional sugared almonds in France.
