The pea shoots add a delightful sweetness to the pesto, the pea flavour really comes alive in this pesto. Great stirred through some new potatoes and served with lamb, or added to some goat's curd, in risotto, or over some humble scrambled eggs.
Purely Pesto was brought to life when Gavin took a sabbatical from work as a chef and whilst winding his way from North to South, he got to enjoy fresh handmade Italian pesto at every destination. Inspired by their delis and love of fresh food, he decided to create his own fresh pesto in Suffolk for the British shelves!
