Pure Kuki Sesame oil, Medium intensity 170g

Kuki sesame oil is made using a well-balanced medley of high quality black, golden and white sesame seeds that were processed following the producer’s own traditional method: the seeds are pressed and the extracted oil is left to rest for up to a month before being filtered several times to remove any residue formed during the pressing process. This method gives Kuki sesame oil its beautiful amber colour and truly unique flavor. With its medium intensity, this is a slightly bitter oil which will go rather well with az array of Japanese as well as Chinese dishes. Try with stir fries, simmered dishes or broth. It is perfect for seasoning marinated vegetables or a tuna tartar. Mixed with a bit of salt, this sesame oil will turn into the perfect dressing for any salad.
