Pump Street Hot Cross Bun 58% UAL Limited Edition 70g
Grenada Hot Cross Bun 58% is made with cocoa from the spice island of Grenada and Pump Street Bakery's signature hot cross buns, scented with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon, allspice berries, coriander seeds, mace and currants. The bar is then, like the buns, studded with currants.
This limited edition design is the winning entry of a project Pump Street have been working on with the University of the Arts London. They asked students to create an innovative and experimental design of the seasonal bar, inspired by Grenada, the bakery, the bar's ingredients and spices, and the Easter season.
