Pasilla Chili Powder 100g

A medium hot chilli powder, its flavour deep and tangy, with earthy, woody undertones and a lingering sweetness. Perfect for using in Mexican dishes and any barbecue, the powder will add body and depth without too much heat, and it is also excellent used blended with other chilli powders to give complexity to a dish. Used in moderation, pasilla powder will give a deliciously different lift to sauces, gravies and stews.
