Organic Superior Matcha Tea 100g

Finely milled green Matcha tea with a herbal flavour. Rich in umami and caffeine as well as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids. May be used for cooking, pastries (cakes, macaroons), ice cream, sponges. Matcha always prefer a low temperature while during preparation to keep all its flavours and colour.
