And we sort of thought we have seen it all, ha! The latest innovation of the guys at Naive Chocolate is a beefy-buttery bar. They dry-aged grass-fed Black Angus beef before gently drying it at low temperature in a vacuum. Then they mixed the dried beef with dark-milk chocolate, and some butter. To further enhance the flavour dimension, they sprinkled a cloud of wild-grown Lithuanian lingonberries on top of the chocolate surface. It's a must-try for the fellow-fans of the crazy chocolates!
