Mymoune Zaatar 100g

Zaatar is a combination of wild thyme, sesame seeds, sumac and salt. It is mainly mixed with olive oil into a runny paste and spread onto flat bread, heated, rolled up and eaten but you could also dip fresh bread into the zaatar and oil mix.
