Ponzu is a very popular and widely used sauce in Japan. It combines soy sauce, dashi and Japanese citrus fruits. There is also often a little vinegar or mirin added. In this specific bottle three different types of fragrant Japanese citrus fruits' juices have been added to the soy sauce: yuzu, sudachi and yuko. The result is a deliciously refreshing, vibrant soy sauce that works excellent with fish but is also a magical ingredient of s salad dressings, and can be enjoyed with avocados, asparagus or artichokes.
