A pair of two incredibly lifelike Crottins de Chavignol...made of chocolate. We had to do a double-take here... Maison Mercier did an extraordinary job creating a replica of the crottin cheese, complete with its characteristic shape and golden rind, and even the wooden box with hay! Inside, it's a soft, tender-melting hazelnut and almond praline with finely crumbled crispy crepe, enrobed in a chocolate shell. Each piece is hand-wrapped. Each box contains 2 x 65g chocolate praline crottins. A must-have gift for cheese enthusiasts and cheesemongers.
