Maison Perard Garlic Croutons 100g

Artisanal toasted croutons to accompany much more than veloutés, bouillabaisse and vegetable soups. They work wonderfully as a base for canapés, as well as a crunchy topping on salads. They are made without preservatives, artificial flavouring and colourants.

 

Since 1964 Maison Perard have been salvaging fish and salicornia from their local port at Boulogne-Sur-Mer, on the picturesque Côte d'Opale. The founder, initially only serving the dishes based on his own recipes in his own restaurant, was soon facing a growing demand from the locals, to bottle up his delicacies so that customers can also enjoy them in the comfort of their own home. Still very much artisanal, still a family business, Maison Perard's range of soups, veloutés and other delicacies are now more widely available for the ever growing base of their devotees.
