A new hot sauce made with East IPA beer brewed in a French small-batch brewery in Pantin, in the Ile-de-France region. It's a medium-hot sauce with lemony and hoppy notes from the blend of IPA beer, Serenade chilli and red Habanero.

Heat scale: 5/12 (moderate)

Maison Martin was founded in 2019 by three passionate food and cooking enthusiast cousins, Anna, Jean-Baptiste and Benjamin, based in Loir-et-Cher in France, between Tours and Orléans.

The idea behind bringing the family workshop to life was that they wanted to establish the first brand of hot sauces cooked in France, using peppers grown in France only. They are committed to offering an insanely delicious, locally made, sustainable alternative to the sauces found on the shelves of supermarkets.

They work with market gardeners located in their region and buy the sauces' ingredients off them. The peppers they cook are the fruit of sustainable agriculture, they grow in open fields, are harvested at full maturity in season, and do not undergo any treatment.
