"Sarments du Médoc" are delicately flavoured thin chocolate "vine" sticks which resemble the zigzag vines of grape plants, drawing inspiration from wine growing. In these sticks the sweetness of milk chocolate blends with the melt-in-your-mouth caramel. The long-lingering caramel notes make it not only a lovely snack but also an excellent accompaniment to tea.
As a finishing touch, the strands are decorated with cocoa pearls. Mademoiselle de Margaux's chocolatiers have mastered this iconic product since 1969.
