Panettone Rose is made with a blend of different roses, including the Damask Rose. To make this panettone, Damask Rose is combined with Ligurian Roses in a fragrant syrup. The recipe for the rose syrup is based on an old and celebrated tradition that dates back to the 1600s. The yellow dough is enriched with the soft rose cream, Sultana raisins and Mananara Vanilla from Madagascar.

Our favourite artisanal panettoni are leavened for 72 hours and then baked and wrapped manually near Vicenza, Tuscany. All ingredients are fresh: free-range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter.
