As the brand new flavour of 2025-2026, the artisan Panettone PeachMary® is born from the sweet harmony of peaches' delicate flavour, and the intense aroma of rosemary.

 

The unique fruity flavour of the juicy, semi-candied peaches pairs beautifully with the intensity of rosemary. The flavour of rosemary is not revealed at the first bite, but lingers on as an after taste through the delicious creamy filling made with peach cream, rosemary and natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.

 

The PeachMary® Panettone is the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship and is naturally leavened from sourdough. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream and butter.
