Artisanal panettone with figs from Calabria. The yellow dough, made with fresh butter, milk and cream and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar (Slow Food presidium), is enriched with soft chunks of figs from Calabria, and sultanas.
Leavened for 72 hours and then baked and wrapped manually near Vicenza, Tuscany.
