A soft festive cake with a delicious filling of sabayon (eggnog) cream. Leavened for 72 hours and then baked and wrapped manually near Vicenza, Tuscany.The Sabayon Pandoro is recommended to be decorated at the time of serving, with a light sprinkling of super fine Italian icing sugar, included in the package.

 

All ingredients are fresh: free-range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter.
