Our favourite artisanal pandoro is leavened for 72 hours and then baked and wrapped manually near Vicenza, Tuscany. 
 
All ingredients are fresh: free-range eggs, milk, cream and mountain butter. 

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, EGGS, BUTTER, mono and diglycerides of vegetable fat acids, NATURAL SOURDOUGH YEAST, MILK, CREAM, sea marine salt, cocoa butter, natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, natural flavours.
