Beautiful large 1kg dove-shaped Colomba festive cake with mandarin "Tardivo di Ciaculli" which is known for its intense fruity aroma. The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, natural vanilla Mananara from Madagascar, and of course thanks to the natural 72-hour leavening of the sourdough. The cake is covered with a fragrant Italian almond glaze made of sweet almonds from Bari and Avola, and is decorated with whole almonds and granulated sugar.
