Les Belles de Marseille* Bouillabaisse 850ml
Undoubtedly one of the most famous dishes of Marseilles, made with carefully selected generous chunks of monkfish tails, conger eel, squid as well as other locally caught fish.
Before serving gently reheat the bouillabaisse in a saucepan, without letting it boil. Serves a party of two.
A must-have accompaniment is the rouille sauce along with some freshly toasted sourdough croutons.
