This White Balsamic & Juniper "Gin" mocktail base is a non-alcoholic preparation made of white balsamic vinegar, infused with different herbs and spices - the same necessary for the distillation of gin - creating flavourful mocktails or unique cocktails. 1 bottle of White Balsamic "Gin" base makes 12-14 mocktails or cocktails.
