Leonardi Truffle Balsamico 100 y.o. 100ml L135

As precious as a jewel and packaged as such, this vinegar has been aged for 100 years in wooden barrels. Try it with smoked salmon, risottos, roast, grilled or stewed meat, caviar, foie gras, cheese, ice cream, strawberries, or dripped onto squares of dark chocolate at the end of a meal.

Acetaia Leonardi was founded in 1871, and it is regarded as one of the finest balsamic producers in Modena, building upon the fine reputation of the wines emanating from its vineyards. Its 'tradizionale' balsamic is amongst the best, and The Leonardi's are trying to address that dilution in quality.
