This Balsamic & Spiced Orange mocktail base is a non-alcoholic preparation made of original Modena Balsamic Vinegar, infused with two types of orange, herbs and spices: a delicious base for creating bespoke mocktails or cocktails. 1 bottle of Orange Balsamic makes 12-14 mocktails or cocktails. 

Suggestion for a bespoke mocktail, "Americano Modenese": 1 part Orange Balsamic Infusion, 3 parts tonic water, a splash of lemon juice, ice.
