This Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP “Affinato” is obtained after a long production process which foresees 12-16 years of aging during which the acetified grape must is put in precious wood barrels, and is transferred every year into a different barrel, according to an ancestral tradition.

Ideal on: mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast or grilled meat, boiled meat, fish, omelette, cheese.
