A specialty of the Léonard Parli House since 1874, made with an exceptionally high almond and fruit content. They come in a traditional and patented Léonard Parli box in the iconic shape of Calissons d'Aix-en-Provence.
Made by grinding and mixing whole almonds, candied melon "in the heart" and candied orange peel under old granite rollers.
