The premium top of the salt bed is scraped and harvested separately to the bulk of the sea salt. Each signature container is sealed with a cork top and signed by the salt raker who harvested it. Since antiquity, salt workers share the work of nature with the movements of the waters, to give birth to the “Le Saunier de Camargue” salts.
