Rich in honey and almonds, Le Roy René’s white nougat is prepared according to Provençal tradition. Moist and melting, its unique taste makes it irresistible!

Besides calissons, Le Roy René's other signature product is the traditional nougat from Provence. The dark variety contains only almonds and IGP Provence multifloral honey. Boiling this special honey gives it its dark hue. This nougat is the exact same kind that was once made at home to proudly take its place among the thirteen Christmas desserts.

The white nougat is made with almonds, pistachios, and IGP Provence lavender honey, to which the tenderness of beaten egg whites is added. This white nougat, as we know it today, made the first small Roy René factory famous and continues to be central to its new workshops.

In addition to the original nougats, the collection includes creative nougats. Organic nougats with lemon and orange zest, pistachios, blackcurrants and raspberries, and even calisson, offer new and delicious flavours that reinvent this gourmet treat.
