Las Catrinas Hoja Santa Leaves Dried 10g

Hoja Santa is a prehispanic herb, also known as acuyo or tlanecpahquílitl. Its flavour has notes of eucalyptus, anise, nutmeg, mint, tarragon and even black pepper.

Being a tropical leaf, it is perfect to wrap fish and then wrap the fish in foil, to be roasted of baked, fish will be juicy and full of flavour.

You can use it to cook egg dishes, quesadillas, tamales, when cooking stuffed chillies.
