La Roumaniere's signature apricot extra jam of Provence, with large chunks of apricots. Apricots are carefully hand-sorted to guarantee impeccable quality. Each jam is cooked in a cauldron, in accordance with traditional recipes, to preserve all the freshness and richness of the natural aromas of the apricots. When opening the jar, the extraordinary scent of the fully ripe Provencal apricots shine through, and with every bite the intense flavours take over.
 
An emblematic product of the region, awarded multiple times at the Concours Général Agricole. With its gold medal in 2019 and its silver medal in 2024, this jam of excellence is a true symbol of the authentic flavours of the Provençal terroir.
 
La Roumanière was founded in 1981. Located in Provence, at the foot of the Luberon massif, they create, without exaggeration, some of the world's finest jams, honeys and other Provençal delicacies. 

Their jams are made from locally grown fruits wherever possible. No frozen fruits or purees are used, just freshly picked fruits, delivered from the trees straight to the busy hands of La Roumanière's team.
 
But on top of producing breathtakingly flavourful, irresistibly delicious jams made from the finest fruits of Provence, for over 40 years La Roumanière has been committed to the professional integration of people with disabilities.
