La Roumaniere's signature strawberry extra jam of Provence, with large chunks of strawberries, made from strawberries grown in Carpentras. Strawberries are carefully hand-sorted to guarantee impeccable quality. Each jam is cooked in a cauldron, in accordance with traditional recipes, to preserve all the freshness and richness of the natural aromas of the fruits. When opening the jar, the enchanting scent of the sweet Carpentras strawberries shine through, and with every bite the intense flavours take over.
