Each jam is cooked in a cauldron, in accordance with traditional recipes, to preserve all the freshness and richness of the natural aromas of the fruits. Their jams are made from locally grown fruits wherever possible. No frozen fruits or purees are used, just freshly picked fruits, delivered from the trees straight to the busy hands of La Roumanière's team.
